DJ's Blessing

We were blessed to have some of our family join us on the day of DJ's blessing... here are some pictures... Don gave a BEAUTIFUL blessing... and the part that got me the most... was when Don said that his name was very special and Grandpa Donald Lester Kurtz I was watching down over DJ... so sweet! :)

Baby DJ Arrived! :)

On Tuesday, July 29th... we went to my 38 week Dr appointment. The Dr. did an ultrasound since my tummy was measuring the size of twins! I measured 42 weeks when I was only 38! The Dr. said he was going to induce me. We went to the hospital early the next morning and they started to induce me. Don & I played card games, dice games, etc... while we waited for DJ to come. DJ finally came at 11:00pm on Wednesday, July 30th! He weighed 9 lbs 9 oz and was 21 inches long. :) Everything went smoothly and we brought DJ home on Friday, Aug 2nd. DJ has my big cheeks and Don's toes. :)

Laundry Room

The laundryroom is located downstairs, in which most of the rooms had the sheetrock torn out... so we could see from room to room down there. The laundryroom was very small and so we pushed out one of it's walls into the adjacent bedroom... so you can open the dryer door all the way now! :)

Clear Lake June 2008!

My family recently got together for a Foulk Family Reunion up at Clear Lake... about 2 hours northwest of Sacramento... it was a BLAST! We had Jeff & Katrina's boat, Merrily & Steve's jet skis, everyone was there except Keir who had to work... and we MISSED him tons! :( He will have to join us next year! :) Yes... I am 33 weeks pregnant and went wakeboarding... JUST for a few seconds tho'... I swear, it was only like 10 seconds... but I HAD TO! :) (GOTTA START 'EM YOUNG!!) ;)

Disneyland 2008!

We just got back from Disneyland! What a magical place! :) My parents go every year for the Annual Dental Convention... so we decided to join them! :) My sister Lindsay, her husband Keir, and three children; Conner (4), Cayden (2) and brand new baby Allison (4WEEKS) were also there... the kids were wonderful! Fun times! :)

We're Expecting!!

YES!!! ...I am pregnant and our little one will join us around 08/08/08! ...and our Dr. is "pretty sure" it's a BOY! :)
